I realize now more than ever, how linked every one of us is in this crazy world we live in, espeacialy in my country, work place and if I can’t find peace within myself(head), how will I ever find it in others? And give that for which I want so much ?.... My heart is open, as is my eyes, and I hope soon I will see what I envision and i want it…. No more extenal, internal, small, and bigwar, live life to the fullest, and have no regrets, only lessons learned from what you now know to be mistakes, and vow to do better next time round

If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can smile and blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society, will benefit from our peace.
It isn’t enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. One must work at it.
If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.- When you find peace within yourself(you head), you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others even in work place
